About The Event
Turning gender equality commitments into measurable progress requires businesses to track performance, strengthen accountability and report on the impact of their actions. The Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Forum, convened by Global Compact Network Kenya and UN Women Kenya, will explore how businesses can measure, track and report progress on gender equality and women’s empowerment, while strengthening accountability for results.
A key highlight will be the launch of the Kenya WEPs Transparency and Accountability Tool, designed to support companies in assessing and reporting their progress on gender equality and women’s empowerment. The Forum will also provide an opportunity for United Nations Global Compact Participants, WEPs signatories and key stakeholders to exchange experiences and share practical insights on advancing gender equality in business.
The Forum will take place on Wednesday, 4 November 2026. If you are a participant of UN Global Compact and are interested in attending, contact us at info@globalcompactkenya.org
