The session will explore how businesses across Kenya's food value chain are responding to changing consumer expectations, nutrition demands, responsible sourcing, supply chain resilience and environmental performance.
Leaders will exchange practical perspectives on embedding sustainability across sourcing, product innovation, production, procurement, hospitality and consumer experience, using bread and bakery value chains as a practical example.
The discussion will highlight the role of responsible business in strengthening resilient food systems while supporting long-term business competitiveness.
