Global Compact Network Kenya, in partnership with Kilimanjaro Blind Trust Africa, will convene a virtual webinar to support companies in advancing disability inclusion within the workplace.
The session will provide an overview of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 2025, including employer obligations and the broader regulatory landscape, while exploring practical approaches to inclusive recruitment, retention and workplace practices. It will also share insights on available incentives, compliance mechanisms and the role of the private sector in driving inclusive and resilient workplaces.
