Advancing Inclusive Sourcing through CEO Leadership
Global Compact Network Kenya, in partnership with the International Finance Corporation, will convene a high-level CEO Dialogue to advance inclusive sourcing as a strategic business priority and driver of resilient, competitive supply chains.
The session will explore how companies can strengthen procurement practices to unlock opportunities for women-owned businesses, while enhancing supply chain performance and long-term value creation. It will also introduce the next phase of the Sourcing2Equal initiative and its role in supporting corporates to embed inclusive sourcing within their operations.
Through insights from business leaders and perspectives from women-owned enterprises, the dialogue will examine practical approaches to implementation, as well as the role of CEO leadership in translating commitment into measurable action.
